It’s not a big secret that I get inspiration from astronomical pictures from the Hubble Space Telescope and even use them liberally in my digital collage prints. (It’s all ok. They are paid for by tax dollars and therefore in the public domain.)
I tend to think my paintings are more cerebral and spiritual than emotional, but here is one that embodies a bit more of my current emotional state than usual. Sometimes you cross a line and just can’t go back – no matter whether that threshold is physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.
