I liked the recent original print I made so much that it inspired this new large painting, Origin of Form #2.

I normally use photographs of my paintings in various progressive stages combined with each other and other images such as public domain astronomical photographs and manipulated in Photoshop to produce the original digital art for the prints. I am finalizing a whole series of them.  The paintings feed the prints and I now see the prints as fully resolved studies for future paintings.

It is an exciting creative dynamic.
